These days, I often wake up late morning to even at noon and often I’m hungry. I checked my Zero app and I could see that my fasting window is already done. In situations like this, I often want to make quick meals to avoid stuffing myself too much food in a small feeding window left.
I really like canned tuna as they are easy to buy, a great shelf food, and high in protein. Although if you are concern about high mercury intake, I only recommend you consume this meal not more than twice a month.
This dish is high in protein, great Macros, and of course very quick to prepare and cook – perfect not only for people fasting with a small feeding window like 18:6 or 20:4 or even OMAD just add a high protein smoothie or stir-fry vegetables.
This is also great for those who are in a hurry to leave home but staying in your daily calories intake or a perfect meal if you are planning to do some workout after and needed the energy.
