This dish came to me one evening after working out and I see that the avocados my neighbour gave me are ready to use. I wasn’t in the mood to make guacamole or avocado toast but I recently bought spinach pasta and decide to experiment a dish. If the avocado is great with bread, why not try it with pasta?
This is a very quick dish to make and healthy. I recommend you make this as your first meal of the day and then the left over can be for dinner if you are doing 18:6 or 16:8 with a light snack in the middle.
